Since 2002 | Surat Head Office | Navsari Branch

Rooted here. Built to stay.

Artham Finserve began in Surat in 2002. Over the years, its capabilities have expanded with the changing needs of clients while its relationship-led approach has remained constant.

Our Story

A relationship-led journey that beganin South Gujarat.

Artham began as Artham Solutions in 2002, providing capital-market services in Surat. As client requirements evolved, the firm expanded its capabilities across public markets, private markets, global opportunities and broader wealth requirements. But the foundation remained unchanged: long-term relationships, local understanding and continuity of service.

Many of our relationships have grown across generations. As families evolve and their financial needs change, we remain a familiar point of continuity—bringing together a long-term understanding of the relationship with the capabilities needed today.

Our Principles

What has remained unchanged.

  • Wealth as a relationship, not a transaction.

We believe wealth management begins with understanding the person, family or business behind the portfolio. Our relationships are built to evolve as circumstances, priorities and generations change.

  • Explanation before execution

We believe every investment deserves context. We bring clarity around opportunity, structure, risk, liquidity and cost before moving towards execution.

  • Coordination, not fragmentation

Wealth decisions rarely exist in isolation. We bring the relevant pieces together through one relationship, helping clients see the larger picture.

  • Process over promises

Markets and outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty. A disciplined process can. We focus on evaluation, informed decisions, appropriate execution and ongoing review

Governance

Leadership with defined responsibility

  1. 01

    Regulatory responsibility

The firm's activities, communication and processes remain aligned with the registrations and regulations applicable to each category.

  2. 02

    Diligence before expansion

New categories are added only after the structure, counterparties and documentation have been reviewed and understood.

  3. 03

    Clear communication

Material risks, costs and eligibility conditions are stated plainly, in writing, before any commitment is made.

  4. 04

    Process accountability

Named ownership for each stage of onboarding, execution and service, so responsibility never falls between teams.

A long-standing relationship can still begin with one conversation
